Elevate workplace safety as a Health, Safety and Attendance Specialist based in Toronto. This role offers a remote work model with one office visit per week, focusing on health program coordination.

Our client is looking for an experienced skilled fluent in both French and English, with a background in Health and Safety, Disability, or Attendance Management. In this role, you will develop and implement various safety programs, manage incidents, and offer crucial support to management regarding health and safety policies. You will also collaborate with external partners to maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate health and safety programs and employee attendance initiatives
• Manage WSIB and worker’s compensation cases




• Analyze health and safety statistics for improvement
• Facilitate training sessions for staff awareness
• Provide support to the Joint Health and Safety Committee

Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in French and English
• 3-5 years of experience in related fields
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• JHSC Part 1 Certification required
• Knowledge of Canadian safety regulations
