We are looking for dedicated educators who can guide students through engaging activities while facilitating self-correction. Although Montessori certification isn't required, we expect a genuine love for education and an ability to observe and respond to students' needs. Our campuses include toddler and pre-k classes in Cobble Hill, and pre-k and elementary classes in Cowichan Station.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide hands-on learning experiences for students
• Support children in self-correction of their learning

• Promote independence among all age groups
• Maintain a respectful and engaging classroom workplace

Requirements:
• Open to possessing or pursuing Montessori training
• Experience with early childhood education advantageous
• Proficient observational and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering student autonomy
• Positive attitude towards diverse students
