Collaborating with a Case Management Team, including Parole Officers, ensures a holistic approach to client care and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and document client interactions and behaviors
• Utilize a strength-based approach in service delivery




• Collaborate with law enforcement and treatment professionals
• Develop and implement individualized SMART goals
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and standards

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Proven ability to assess client needs effectively
