Key Responsibilities:
• Design employer-focused retention strategies for newcomers
• Assist in hiring processes and training plans for clients




• Track employer recruitment activities and client progress
• Prepare presentations to promote Skills for Change services
• Conduct workshops focused on workforce integration

Requirements:
• Degree in marketing, social services, or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics
• Empathy for the challenges of immigrants and refugees
