Help make a difference this summer as a volunteer with Calgary Meals on Wheels! Experience the joy of preparing lunches that feed and strengthen our community connections.

This unique experience offers a glimpse into our meal preparation process where you'll work in a fun, social setting. On August 19, 20, or 21, join us in the kitchen to prepare sandwiches and desserts, packaging them for lunch deliveries. We encourage those aged 16 and up to join our dedicated team in enhancing food security through nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and desserts
• Package lunch boxes for distribution in Calgary
• Work collaboratively with fellow volunteers
• Participate in a brief orientation session
• Engage in a supportive kitchen environment

Requirements:
• Age requirement: must be 16 years or older
• Eagerness to support community meal programs
• Comfort working in a kitchen setting
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
• Availability for morning shifts
