You will work hand-in-hand with the Director, Estimating to assemble inputs for accurate project costings. This role requires collaboration with virtual construction and project management teams to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble estimating input of labour, materials, and equipment
• Establish robust partnerships with trades and suppliers




• Collaborate within the preconstruction team for value optimization
• Conduct thorough analysis of labour requirements
• Review designs for potential cost efficiencies

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in project estimation
• Familiarity with current market conditions and building materials
• Experience with Excel and on-screen takeoff software
• Bachelor's or diploma in relevant field required
• Effective communicator across diverse teams
