As a Night Housekeeping Team Lead, you'll embody the values of professionalism while leading the Night Cleaning Team at Scandinave Spa Whistler. You'll ensure that all areas—indoor and outdoor—meet spa cleanliness standards while supporting team dynamics through training and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Display leadership and foster motivation within the Night Housekeeping Team
• Monitor balance in task distribution among team members
• Assist with training and constructive performance feedback
• Ensure high cleanliness standards for all spa facilities
• Communicate issues regarding supplies with management

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience
• Prefer experience working overnight shifts
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
