• Assist customers in making informed buying decisions
• Promote store programs and ongoing promotions
• Uphold visual standards and store presentation
• Resolve customer inquiries using sound judgment
• Support other areas of the store as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum one year in a sales or service role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to assess customers’ needs
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle products is beneficial
