As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, your 7-10 years of HR expertise will be pivotal in defining talent strategies and guiding organizational behavior. You will handle performance management, recruitment, and employee relations, cultivating a collaborative environment that reflects our core values. Initially, you will report to the existing Manager HR during a transition period.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage HR plans aligned with business objectives
• Drive recruitment, succession, and workforce planning




• Implement performance management frameworks
• Oversee HRIS and payroll systems administration
• Build solid employee relations based on core values

Requirements:
• 7-10 years in progressive HR roles
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
• Active pursuit of CHRP designation
• CPG experience considered advantageous
• Bilingual in English and French
