Key Responsibilities:
• Support Operators in CSR Inspection unit tasks
• Perform thorough thread inspections on rods
• Clean and repair pipe threads as needed
• Sort rods and conduct visual assessments for quality
• Maintain proper housekeeping and shop cleanliness

Requirements:
• High school education with basic English proficiency
• Solid communication skills are essential
• Preferred: Standard First Aid training
• Previous sucker rod inspection experience is helpful
• Capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment safely
