Seeking an Organizational Development and Inclusion Specialist to enhance key HR initiatives. This six-month contract role focuses on creating inclusive training experiences that resonate across our team.

In this position, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing training programs tailored toward a respectful workplace. The successful candidate should possess strong expertise in instructional design, particularly utilizing platforms like Articulate 360. By partnering with various stakeholders, you will ensure that learning content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of Respectful Workplace training programs
• Create learner-centered online courses for diverse audiences




• Collaborate with teams to ensure content accuracy
• Manage course delivery and evaluation through LMS
• Contribute to ongoing talent development and succession planning

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Five years of experience in OD or HR
• Experience in creating training programs and workshops
• Understanding of EDI principles and methodologies
• Robust communication and facilitation skills
