Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and publish schedules for staff
• Identify and fill open shifts promptly
• Maintain records for availability and preferences
• Manage compliance with collective agreements
• Respond to scheduling-related inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent experience in HR or Administration
• Minimum 2 years in scheduling or administrative roles
• Unionized environment experience preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS software (UKG favored)
• Competence in confidentiality and professionalism
