Key Responsibilities:
• Train and support the Guest Services frontline team.
• Fit guests with Nordic skiing and snowshoe equipment.
• Process customer transactions using RTP POS systems.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of service areas.




• Feed into seasonal organization and inventory management tasks.

Requirements:
• Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Background in high-volume customer service environments.
• Experience handling cash and balancing sales reports.
• Knowledge of safe workplace practices, especially in ski rentals.
• Experience with Nordic activities or willingness to learn.
