Do you enjoy helping customers, staying organized and keeping things running smoothly? FFUN Kia Yorkton is looking for a full‑time Parts & Service Assistant to join our bustling dealership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Ordering, receiving and organizing parts inventory
- Assisting customers with parts and service inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Completing inventory counts and processing returns
- Communicating repair requirement, costs and status updates to customers
- Working closely with technicians to support operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Automotive experience is an asset
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and reliable
- Knowledge of inventory control practices




- Proficiency with computers and dealership software
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- A valid Class 5 or greater SK Driver's license is required
