Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will manage program operations aimed at providing quality experiences for participants. Your role encompasses staff recruitment, supporting families, and coaching teams on autism-informed practices. This coordination fosters a nurturing environment for community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and supervise program staff and volunteers
• Build respectful relationships with families throughout the program
• Lead training for staff on autism-informed communication
• Oversee program delivery and participant engagement strategies
• Coordinate documentation and program quality monitoring
Requirements:
• Education or experience in autism services or related field
• Hands-on experience with autistic children or youth highly preferred
• Understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practices and support strategies
• Proven track record in program coordination and staff management
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
