As a member of a multidisciplinary team in this co-ed inpatient facility, your role is pivotal in promoting independence and healthy routines. Responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic groups, monitoring client engagement, and providing transportation when needed. You’ll actively contribute to a supportive setting while ensuring safety and compliance in all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate community and therapeutic meetings
• Monitor patient attendance and engagement levels
• Supervise activities in counseling staff's absence
• Report significant occurrences promptly
• Conduct regular patient well-being rounds
Requirements:
• Certificate in Social Services or Mental Health
• 1-2 years' experience in a support role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention training
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care
