As a Health Care Aide, you will be an integral part of the care team, responsible for delivering personalized care under the guidance of a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will use your organizational skills to contribute to Nursing Care Plans while ensuring a protected and healthy environment for residents. Your position will involve community interaction and assisting with mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver resident-focused personal care ensuring comfort
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health
• Contribute insights to the Nursing Care Plan development




• Support residents with mobility and community activities
• Ensure resident safety during care delivery

Requirements:
• Completed Health Care Aide program essential
• Proven experience in senior care services
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification preferred
• Must provide Vulnerable Sector Check
