The HR Generalist role plays an essential part in delivering HR services across the organization. You will assist with onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with employment legislation. Your focus on cultivating a positive workplace culture will support the mission and objectives of CMHA WW.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR policy guidance and support to team leaders
• Prepare employment documentation and manage employee records
• Administer leave and disability management processes
• Participate in HRIS management and system updates
• Compile HR metrics for decision-making and improvement

Requirements:
• Completion of a university degree in HR or related field
• CHRL certification or pursuit of it
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Familiarity with Ontario labour laws
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
