Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate youth outreach and discipleship initiatives
• Mentor young participants in Christian values and behaviors
• Lead programs, including Bible studies and care services




• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations
• Document program successes and insights for evaluation

Requirements:
• High school diploma plus relevant coursework
• 1-3 years of experience working with youth
• Familiarity with Biblical teachings and pastoral care
• Completed Criminal Police Investigation Check required
• Solid interpersonal skills for mentoring youths
