Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review impact benefit agreements with First Nations
• Advise on legal and strategic risks for projects

• Mentor legal staff on Aboriginal law matters
• Oversee budgets for external legal services
Requirements:
• 6+ years of legal experience in relevant areas
• Active membership or eligibility in the Law Society of BC
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven experience with First Nations and Indigenous matters
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
