This role is ideal for compassionate individuals looking to make a difference. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with other professionals and engaging in community programs to fulfill residents’ needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare care plans through client interviews
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding client progress
• Act as a key worker and advocate for residents
• Implement activities of daily living support
• Supervise residence activities and ensure compliance with rules

Requirements:
• Diploma in social work or similar field (asset)
• Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and crisis management skills
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
• Successful Criminal Records Check needed
