MFC Training is looking for dedicated Dispatchers to join our London, Ontario team. In this part time role, you will manage aircraft dispatch and coordinate training flight operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate aircraft schedules with staff and students
• Dispatch aircraft for all training flights
• Communicate daily flight updates via radio
• Oversee weather condition monitoring and updates
• Maintain aircraft logs and manage fuel inventory

Requirements:
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Must hold an Industry Canada Restricted Radio certificate
• Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules
• Ability to operate under pressure in a busy setting
• Qualified for security clearance
