In the role of Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee second-shift activities, ensuring compliance with ASME codes and customer specifications. Your leadership will guide teams in delivering high-quality components while maintaining a focus on safety and operational efficiency. Collaborating with engineering and management is crucial for addressing production priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage machining, welding, and assembly production activities
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and quality standards
• Monitor and adjust workflow and equipment performance




• Work with various departments to resolve manufacturing issues
• Confirm adherence to approved procedures and qualifications

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Education in Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred
• Familiarity with ASME Section III and NQA-1 standards preferred
• Solid ability to lead diverse teams and solve problems
