Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be integral in our manufacturing process, performing assigned tasks while ensuring safety and workmanship. This role provides a unique opportunity to teach and learn best practices related to grounding techniques. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean workspace and addressing any quality issues while working efficiently with tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform specified grounding tasks as needed
• Maintain a tidy and secure work environment
• Take corrective actions to uphold quality standards




• Mentor and educate peers on grounding practices
• Adhere to safety standards for tool utilization

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing role
• Knowledge of tools, including sanding equipment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong manual dexterity and physical fitness required
• Basic proficiency in math and the English language
