This full time role focuses on children from three months to four years, creating a nurturing environment that fosters development and self-help skills. You will prioritize children's unique learning styles while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide daily interactions with children ensuring safety
• Document necessary developmental information for each child
• Develop programs according to the Child Care and Early Years Act




• Foster a loving, respectful, and supportive environment
• Conduct assessments and communicate outcomes sensitively

Requirements:
• ECE Diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Current First Aid and Level C CPR Certificate
• Vulnerable Sector Check via OPP required
• Strong relational skills with children and families
• Ability to lead staff and volunteer support effectively
