As BSO Lead, you will oversee initiatives that improve care for individuals facing dementia and other mental health challenges. Registered RPNs with extensive skills in assessments and evidence-based practices are encouraged to apply. You will facilitate team meetings, support training programs, and evaluate quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Responsive Behaviours Program and its initiatives
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team discussions and planning
• Provide training sessions for staff and family members




• Complete detailed analysis of care quality metrics
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident behaviours

Requirements:
• Must be a registered RPN in Ontario
• Demonstrated experience working in long-term care
• Proficiency in evidence-based care practices
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Robust problem-solving and collaboration skills
