• Coach leaders on performance management and attendance
• Manage workplace investigations and resolutions
• Interpret and administer the Collective Agreement
• Participate in collective bargaining processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least five years of comprehensive HR experience
• Minimum three years with unionized environments
• Proven leadership in HR teams
• Ability to travel across British Columbia
