In your role, you will directly support the People & Culture team while ensuring aligning with Aviso’s values of care and innovation. You will be responsible for annual compensation planning, managing relationships with external vendors, and oversight of employment benefits programs. Actively engaging with stakeholders, you will craft solutions that reflect Aviso's commitment to its workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee annual compensation planning and incentive awards
• Support external vendor partnerships for advantages and programs
• Lead job evaluation processes and compensation surveys




• Monitor compliance with Canadian compensation laws
• Implement recognition programs that deepen employee engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business-related disciplines
• 7+ years’ experience within Total Rewards
• Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency
• Understanding of job evaluation and incentive plan design
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual is an asset
