Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate recreation and leisure programs
• Cultivate an inclusive setting for residents
• Evaluate resident engagement and program success
• Record participation and manage necessary documentation
• Assist with meal services and transportation for outings

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation or related field required
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
