Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and train heavy-duty and mechanical technicians
• Assign tasks for optimal team resource use
• Facilitate technical training for maintenance staff
• Conduct inspections and address mechanical failures
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams

Requirements:
• Heavy Duty Mechanic Red Seal certification
• 3+ years in Mechanical Supervisor roles
• Knowledge of safety standards in mining
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
