Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) operational plans
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and repair needs
• Assign tasks to body technicians based on expertise




• Procure parts and arrange necessary subcontracted services
• Oversee repair workflows and maintain client confidence

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent background
• 2+ years in collision repair estimating
• Familiarity with Audatex and Mitchell estimating programs
• Ideally I-Car Registered (Gold Class) or pursuing certification
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
