Take the lead as the Program & Community Coordinator with Chill Vancouver, focusing on experiential boardsport programs for youth. Your efforts will help foster community inclusion and growth.
As part of Chill’s mission, you will deliver high-quality programs in Vancouver, BC, while guiding youth in their development through boardsports. Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach are essential as you manage program logistics and mentor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site facilitation of boardsport lessons
• Maintain accurate program records and attendance
• Organize gear management and seasonal inventory
• Support outreach to program alumni for engagement
• Collaborate with mentors and agencies for better participation
Requirements:
• 2+ years working with youth in various settings
• Living in Vancouver for community familiarity
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to transport gear and equipment as needed
