Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial tasks and overseeing job sustainment outcomes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate documentation, supporting team coordination, and processing third-party payments, while also assisting with administrative tasks necessary for program health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track financial tasks crucial to program performance
• Conduct critical follow-ups for job sustainment accuracy
• Order and oversee inventory for essential financial supplies
• Provide backup for administrative and client service functions
• Generate and deliver program reports for inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; administrative certificate preferred
• At least one year in administrative/bookkeeping roles
• Proficiency in MS Office; ICM experience a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Complete required Police Information and Vulnerable Sector Checks
