We are in search of a proactive Point of Contact Coordinator who excels in relationship building with local organizations and businesses. This remote role involves recruiting participant groups and ensuring effective communication as part of TSMG's data collection efforts. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining high levels of participant engagement and overseeing recording sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to community groups and local businesses for participation
• Develop and maintain relationships with community influencers




• Coordinate participant schedules and organize recording logistics
• Act as the key point of contact for participant inquiries
• Track participant attendance and recruitment status

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Capable of managing multiple participant schedules
• Basic English fluency; proficiency in local languages preferred
• Background in recruitment, sales, or community management is advantageous
