Become a Youth Support Worker with PhoenixCenter and empower at-risk youth. This part-time, permanent chance allows you to make a difference during night shifts on Sundays and Mondays.

As a vital member of the Youth & Young Adult Program, you will work closely with vulnerable clients to help them achieve their personal care goals. Your role includes addressing their basic needs, coordinating group activities, and facilitating access to community resources. You are key in helping youth navigate their path to recovery and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide orientation and welcome services to clients
• Actively engage with youth and young adults
• Organize meetings and coordinate activities
• Respond to immediate client needs effectively
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the residence

Requirements:
• High school diploma or Grade 12
• Relevant experience in youth social services
• Clean Class 5 driver's license
• Completion of required safety training
• Food Safe certification necessary

Drive positive change in the lives of youth at PhoenixCenter as a dedicated support worker.
