Intact is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to analyze requirements and guide the development of IT solutions within our prestigious Data Lab. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, documenting user stories, and ensuring that business needs are effectively translated to the technical team. Your role is pivotal in driving quality assurance and supporting our Product Manager in backlog management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define IT solutions through business needs analysis
• Engage in workshops for specification and design




• Develop and document user stories clearly
• Support acceptance testing and quality assurance efforts
• Contribute to the product backlog prioritization

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree + 5-7 years of experience
• Strong familiarity with Oracle and Snowflake
• Proficient in SQL and data integration techniques
• Knowledge of AI tools and models
• Bilingual for interaction with diverse teams
