Town Brewery opened in November 2017, and we operate on the premise of Good Work and Good Times. We are looking for a Taproom Manager to help push our original taproom to new heights.

Expectations* Hire, train, and supervise all customer-facing staff

Schedule shifts and manage employee performance

Be present on the floor and work closely with staff during the peak times

Monitor budgets and financial performance

Manage inventory and help control food and labour costs

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Handling events, emails and communications regarding the location.

Help develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers

Help develop and implement short-term and long-term goals

Cash outs and tip disbursement

Qualifications and Skills:* Must be 19 years of age or older* Must have Smart Serve certification* Must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, holidays and evenings

Physical Requirements* Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, etc and lift up to 35 lbs* Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, and crouch down numerous times during shift
