Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity in any of our three branches for an Estimator to provide support to the Chief Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager team with all pre-construction and estimating activities and to grow with us

The wage band for this position is $99,000 - $123,000 annually but is based on relevant skills and experience.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent

Construction Related Technology Certificate Diploma is required

5+ years of experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating, and/or related field

Knowledge Skills And Abilities

Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is an asset

Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents

Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
