In this Lift Operations Supervisor role, you will supervise the lift operations team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and providing an excellent guest experience in Canada’s second-largest ski area. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills and a solid background as a Senior Lift Operator, capable of outdoor work under varying conditions. A commitment to staff management and safety enforcement is critical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and coordinate lift team daily operations
• Enforce safety standards on all ropeways




• Facilitate hiring and training processes
• Maintain compliance with safety inspections
• Supervise inventory and operational logistics

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Senior Lift Operator
• Holding a valid BC class 5 driver’s license
• Knowledge of passenger ropeway safety regulations
• Must be able to lift heavy loads
• Experience in ski resort operations is an asset
