In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Specialty Pharma Supervisor and Nurse Manager. Key tasks include providing patient-centered care, preparing and administering pharmacological treatments, and ensuring all procedures are meticulously documented. You'll play a critical role in observing patient conditions and reporting any reactions while receiving specialized training in infusion services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized nursing care plans for patients
• Administer specialized intravenous and injectable medications




• Conduct thorough patient assessments and education
• Document all adverse events and patient conditions
• Perform routine nursing duties per policies and standards

Requirements:
• Accredited BSN degree or similar qualification
• Current provincial nursing registration
• Minimum of 2 years acute care experience preferred
• Valid BLS and ACLS certification
• Robust interpersonal and assessment skills
