Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs through background research and collaboration
• Create and implement individualized support plans
• Tackle daily living challenges such as clothing and hygiene




• Provide support in diverse and challenging client environments
• Liaise with professionals for optimum treatment and support

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or equivalent experience
• Experience working with at-risk populations
• Valid class 5 driver's license required
• Willingness to pass a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check
• Current Emergency First Aid Certificate
