Reporting to the Deputy Registrar, you will integrate quality improvement initiatives across pharmacy practices and manage risk frameworks. Your strategic mindset will help analyze emerging trends and translate them into performance measures that enhance patient care. You will collaborate with pharmacy consultants and monitor the evolving responsibilities of pharmacy professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive quality improvement initiatives for pharmacy staff
• Establish quality frameworks and performance indicators
• Create reporting processes for risk oversight
• Evaluate public experiences with pharmacy services
• Identify barriers to quality practice and propose solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or relevant field
• 5-7 years responsible pharmacy experience
• Robust aptitude for analytics and practice change
• Knowledge of pharmacy legislation and standards
• Project management experience desired
