In your role with the Energy and Resources team, you'll lead the design and analysis of heavy industrial structures. Engage with clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while mentoring junior engineers. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in executing projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and adhere to Stantec Safety Culture
• Analyze and design structures per applicable codes
• Produce designs using hand calculations and software
• Interface with project management and other disciplines
• Actively mentor EITs and support your own development
Requirements:
• Skilled Engineer registration in applicable provinces
• 12-15 years of experience in industrial structural engineering
• Familiarity with mining and underground infrastructure standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel for project site visits
