Collaborating closely with the Visual Presentation Team, you'll execute store layouts, assess training opportunities, and actively participate in recruitment efforts. Engage in workshops that promote creative merchandising techniques while staying aligned with company policies and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support store visual set-ups and transitions
• Review visual merchandising during team calls
• Liaise with Regional Managers for scheduling




• Conduct training for new visual team members
• Assist in the planning of national training workshops

Requirements:
• 5+ years in the fashion industry
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong skills in merchandising and mannequin display
• Communication and creativity skills
• Must have a driver’s license and be willing to travel
