Shape the future of liquidity solutions with Hiive as a Private Fund Secondaries Analyst. This role focuses on bringing transparency to VC transactions while connecting with key fund stakeholders.

As a critical member of the Hiive team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with GPs and LPs and navigating secondary transactions. Your efforts will drive the exploration of new market opportunities while managing detailed processes for fund diligence and buyer sourcing. Prepare impactful external materials to support partnerships and monitor the deal pipeline for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support high-level relationships with fund stakeholders
• Conduct outreach to generate leads and current clients
• Manage the comprehensive secondary transfer process




• Create marketing and partnership presentation materials
• Work with Operations on diligence and asset verification

Requirements:
• 2-4 years' experience in private market roles
• Proven ability to generate leads in a sales environment
• Experience in developing persuasive marketing materials
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain
