As the Employee Engagement Specialist, you will report directly to the Executive Director and partner with the HR Manager. This position aims to align home priorities with the organization’s talent strategy and requires solid analytical abilities and interpersonal skills. Flexibility is key, as you'll need to adapt to various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement enhancements to HR programs and initiatives
• Provide resources on HRIS for optimal utilization
• Ensure optimal use of staff during shifts




• Conduct recruiting efforts and source candidates
• Manage employee engagement surveys and action plans

Requirements:
• HR qualification at Degree/Diploma level
• 2-3 years of HR experience essential
• Familiarity with Long Term Care or healthcare a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work various shifts and under pressure
