Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize DMAIC methodology to solve operational challenges
• Gather data to inform business leaders on project priorities
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project metrics




• Monitor post-project results to ensure sustainability
• Train staff in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or science
• Relevant experience of 1-2 years in performance improvement
• Knowledge of BI tools and project management
• Certified Yellow or Green Belt is a plus
• Experience in operations or supply chain management
