Key Responsibilities:
• Execute blasting and coating as specified
• Address equipment issues proactively
• Prepare coatings per manufacturer specifications
• Conduct thorough testing of paints and thicknesses
• Ensure timely job completion and documentation

Requirements:
• 2+ years of related operational experience
• Safety certifications: CSTS 2020, OSH First Aid
• Required valid class 5 driver’s license
• NACE certification preferred
• Capability to lift 50 pounds consistently
