In this position, you will take charge of providing and coordinating patient care in both pre-hospital and transport settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate emergency medical care
• Lead and mentor the clinical team in ERS
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration




• Oversee administrative functions and system monitoring
• Develop and implement essential clinical education

Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years as a Paramedic experience
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Care Paramedic program
• Valid Class 4 Manitoba driver’s license required
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications needed
• Understanding of Indigenous cultures and health principles is a plus
