You will collaborate closely with the Business Partner team to provide HR support across various venues. This role engages with different departments to promote a proactive approach to People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws
• Investigate employee relations complaints and provide resolutions
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics




• Administer onboarding procedures for new hires
• Support recruitment processes and special HR projects

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of HR experience, ideally in sports and entertainment
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred
• Solid decision-making and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially iCIMS
